Surratt Souffle Eyeshadow

Surratt Souffle Eyeshadow is a long-wearing eyeshadow with color and a dimensional shimmer that combine in a rich, bouncy formula.  The Souffle eyeshadow has an intense pigmentation with a whipped texture and cooling feel. It has a shimmery finish that creates a wash of spirited, sparkling color.  This eyeshadow is buildable, fast-drying, non-creasing, and removes easily.  It can be layered for a higher intensity.
